Complex Physical & Degenerative Support

For participants requiring high-intensity daily supports — including ventilator management, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and degenerative neurological conditions including MND, MS, and Huntington's disease.

What Makes This Different

Every admission includes a documented equipment and environment audit — ceiling hoists, backup power for ventilators, suction equipment — confirmed before the participant arrives, not on move-in day Staff competency for each high-intensity support type is signed off by the RN before that staff member is rostered to that participant — specific individuals, specific competencies, specific sign-off dates Families receive weekly written updates for the first four weeks. They do not need to ask.

Positioning Statement

"The families of these participants have often had traumatic experiences with providers who were undertrained, understaffed, or unresponsive. We show our work before move-in — staff competency sign-offs, equipment audits, the care plan — so the family and the hospital team know exactly what they are handing over to."
